The kick-off meeting will be devoted to presenting the project and planning the main activities. During the meeting, each partner will introduce their institution and their role in the project. For potential applicants for informal education in public leadership, the concept of learning will be presented, as well as the opportunity to obtain knowledge results in the form of microcredits, a description of the knowledge and competencies that the courses within the session and winter school will focus on. During the meeting, the course instructors and the topics they will present will also be introduced. Participants will be given access to information packages and presented with information about the International Visegrad Fund and the Visegrad Group. The meeting aims to present the relevance and significance of the project for modern Ukraine and cooperation with the Visegrad Group countries. During the meeting, there will also be a question-and-answer session about the program and its implementation. Representatives of local government, students, journalists, experts, university lecturers, and representatives of civil society organizations will be invited to the meeting. The meeting will be held in a mixed format – in person at the National University of Ostroh Academy and online via Zoom.
